Finn Andrews is pretty hip. The only thing cooler then the way he dresses is the sound of his voice. And the only thing that beat them both are his insane and sometimes uncomprehending lyrics. His lyrics dig so deep in to and emotional volatile subconscious. He brings love, hope,sadness, pain and tragedy, through his lyrics like I have heard very few do.

The Kills, VV's leopard sweater

This is one of my new discoveries. I love finding new music -at least new to me. This is a band called The Kills, based in London. They have a really cool song called Black Balloon and URA Fever, which I "discovered" when Fefe dobson played it on her hitlist.

I don't think it was this pic but in another pic she had on a leopard print sweater and I did the copy cat thing and got one too. Mines in grey.

This isn't a great pic, but it looks good on. I've always wanted leopard print flats, anywho time for bed!

Solitude song lyrics

I wrote this song to try out for a band. I never tried out for the band. I don't know if I ever really wanted to. I love writing songs and singing to myself but I don't know if I'll ever be a singer. But I'm not going to worry about it. Writing songs is a private joy for me, and I hope I always have the ability.
I wrote this song to a beat a band made that was on myspace. Its funny to write a song to a premade beat because your trying to match the beats to the words more then writing a song about a particular subject. The song, I think, is about God. Worrying whether God is pleased with you. Worrying whether God hates you, is angry with you, if he will accept you in to paradise. Trying to connect with God and having a hard time. Her hair gets crazier and crazier but I love this look it "very tough" ;0. I heard one of her new songs -two, The wait is over and Russian Roulette. I only heard pieces of it the wait is over seems cool, Russian roulette seems pretty intense I gotta hear it again to make up my mind about it but I'm glad she's back :).
